CCD Laser Cutter With Camera Solution
Laser cutting technology is ideal enough to smoothly and effectively cut many kinds of materials without causing it any harm overall.
The KX1814-S2 CCD Laser Cutter is the Co2 laser cutter combined with the smart CCD vision software and camera. It can detect features of small-sized printed or embroidered fabrics, leather, and other flexible materials and then position cut with high accuracy.

Smart CCD Vision and Control Software
With the help of the industrial CCD camera and the vision software, the KX1814-S2 camera laser cutter can automate the whole graphic detection and position-cutting process.
KX1814-S2 can finish a very high precision cutting especially when cutting small-sized printed or embroidered patches under 15cm. Compared with the KD1814-S2 with a top Canon camera, KX1814-S2 is cheaper and a very good option for start-ups.
Auto Feeding Conveyor Table
KX1814-S2 is equipped with the chain conveyor belt, which can auto feed the roll material right after the laser cutting process. Together with the optional active feeder, the operator only need to take care the cutted pattern pick-up job.
