KASU owns the full property of the top vision software system. After the Canon camera takes the photo of the graphics, the KASU KD1012-SY camera laser cutter can detect the whole graphic within a 1000*1200MM working area and our vision software can analyze the features of the graphics within 3 seconds and then generate the cutting path automatically.
Dual-Heads With Dual-Guiderails
Compared with KD1080-F1 single-head camera laser cutter with a honeycomb table, the innovative invention of KD1012-SY ensures the two heads of the camera laser cutter can cut different designed patterns at the same time. Productivity can be doubled while cutting precision is the same.
Auto Feeding Conveyor Table
Compared with KD1080-F’s fixed honeycomb table, KD1012-SY model is adopting a chain conveyor belt, which can auto-feed both the sheet and roll materials right after the laser cutting process. And production can be doubled due to this automation process.
